Of course, we all love some good Chicken Dressing ($22) around Thanksgiving and Christmas, but this is also a big seller during the rest of the year...especially for The Fair! The recipe is a modified version of my husband's Mammaw Betty's chicken dressing, which is a family favorite. Made from homemade cornbread and made from scratch biscuits (supplied by Rob's Mammaw Alice), this is a true Southern delicacy. Other ingredients include chicken, butter, and saute'ed onions and celery.Great sides to complete the meal are:
